Recommended use:
Mix 1 serving (8 g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaped teaspoons) product with 300 ml water. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. On resting days take 2×1 servings. Do not exceedthe recommended dosage!
