How is Energy Shot best used?

On training days take 1 ampoule (25 ml) before or during training. On resting days take 1 ampoule in the morning. Shake well before consuming. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements do not replace a balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle. High caffeine content [52 mg/ 100 ml (13 mg/ daily amount)]. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. EGCG [(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate] content is 3.0 mg/ serving (25 ml). Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Not recommended for people with medical condition and/or taking medications. Store product in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze!
